LOST Game & Experiment

“NOT the TV Show – LOST is a game. The aim of LOST is to reach 7 million players and break the record for the game with the most players ever!”

Lost is an invitation only web based game where the object is to get as many people to join under you as possible. For every person you refer you get 1 point. For every person they refer you get 1/2 point. If you do not refer anyone for 30 days you lose. Whoever has the most points at the end of the game will get a 5,000 dollar prize. Looking for a new apartment

So I am now in the midst of an apartment hunt. It’s so hard to find a good place to live. All i want is a nice quiet apartment that is safe. I was looking at reviews of apartments in my area and it seemed like a lot of them had reviews like this: “great neighborhood, nice neighbors, quiet, but my neighbor was shot in the parking lot yesterday” :: sigh :: ok back to the hunt.

I need new computer hardware….

So, my hard drive is failing and I desperately need new hardware for a backup system… Today I found out that my hard drive is probably failing in my computer and this has spurred me into setting up a backup system for all of my computers at home. However as I look at the hardware, it can be quite pricey. I have about 1.5 terabytes of data to backup and I don’t have two thousand dollars sitting around to spend on setting up another computer to do the backups or to buy a pre made network backup drive. So I have to do it from scratch lol
