I am please to announce the launch of a new Even Hosting partner site, Even URL. Even URL is a free website redirection service. If you’re not familiar with what this is, a website redirection service allows you to take a url like this: “www.example.com/folder/folder/file214567823.html? and turn it into this: “www.evenurl.com/?1r”. At first you might not think this would be a very useful service, however it really is. Have you ever had to post a long URL in an e-mail and had the mail server cut the link in half so the person you sent it to had to copy and paste it back together in their browser (if they actually managed to find both halves)? How about posting a link on a forum or message board, isn’t it so much easier when its short? Have you ever tried to promote an affiliate link only to have someone delete your affiliate tag from the link? Well if you use URL redirection then it makes it much harder for people to steal your affiliate link.
